The colours of war, its been a long while since the Xbox 360 Elite was released in Austrilia. The Elite version is all Black, with a black controller, bigger harddrive and a Hdmi out port. Its been the one colour a lot of people have wanted since the hdmi out is such a wanted feature with more lcds and plasma tvs opting in for 1 or 2 hdmi ports for input of digital signals. Even though the console has been out for a long while in other countries its expected release in Europe is on August 24th. If it will be released on this date is unsure, but its one colour of the Xbox 360 range that i have wanted, as the white just doesnt cut it for me. But the Hdmi output sure does make it a winner for a lot people really, even though the price tag is kinda stupid at the moment really.
The other colour, well more design is the Halo 3 Special Edition Xbox 360 with matching controller, 20GB hard drive, and wired headset suppield with the package. Im sure this is going to be a USA only thing really, but it might apear over here in Europe if it hits off well in the USA. The chances are slim i geuss really, but if importers didnt have so many problems you could just import it really.
I have been looking to see if there was a new PSP Customer Firmware available, and it seems to be Dark Alexs 3.10 OE A(Rev2). So mines a little out of date, since its 2.71 C. It seems sony has released v3.11 but the only differeance between 3.10 and 3.11 is that a new game that was released now works on the PSP, but not a game i would play quickly anyway lol. I still need to download some more psp games that came out before they are removed of News Network, even with 90 days retionation is still a pain lol.
Oh yeah and here is some news on FFVII Crisis Core Demo suposedly comeing in May 
just hopeing they release it on download.
I was also looking to see if the Nintendo Wii could play backups or copyd games yet. It seems it can with the help of a Mod Chip, but thats nothing new really. But i dont want to kill of the manufacturers warranty, i want a hack or exploit that doesnt require soldering. But it seems they havent done anything yet. It should be easy since it lets you put a SD card inside it, so it should have open access or something lol. But the only thing i have found is a couple of ways to play Import Gamecube from the USA or Japan on the Wii, either with a quick disc switch, or Freeloader. But nothing substantial to play backups or anything without the use of a modchip, which i was hopeing for really. There does seem to be information about a Xbox 360 having its Kernel mode exploited but people are still waiting for the newer revsion to have the exploit, since most people have proberely updated to the newer revision, and not the older one where it was found.
Its only because i have seen a Wii in action at Dobo’s house while i was setting up his Wireless network over the past couple of days. It looks cool, but the games are not substantial either, with only the Wii Sports, Zelda, Wario and Rayman being the only games of intrest. But since its backward compatiable i could play Gamecube games, but then i would really want to play backs instead really. So i would still need a ModChip at the moment, till they think of something. Which is a pain in the butt really, it would be nice if they hurried up lol. I just really thought since the Wii has a SD card input, it should be really easy for people to run hijack code straight away through it, since you dont have to mess about and connect a serial or other ports to the Wii
